As you’re enjoying your pumpkin-spice everything, early October also marks another important autumn event—the 65th Annual California RV Show in Pomona!
The Pomona Fairplex will be teaming with life come October 6th, when the biggest names in RV manufacturing will showcase over 1,400 RVs alongside 25 local dealers and RV-related vendors. Whether you’re looking for that show price as a new buyer or you’re trading in your current RV or something shinier, the RV Show in Pomona is THE place to be if you’re in California.
Even if you’re on the fence about buying an RV, you can still enjoy numerous other entertainment such as riding in the free Ferris Wheel, eating in one of the Show’s four food courts, or seeing your favorite celebrities such as Mario Lopez, Jennie Garth, and other sports celebrities. One of RVpad’s favorite YouTube celebrities, Meet the Russos, will be at the Hymer booth on October 7-8 so make sure you pop in and say hi!
In addition, music entertainment include:
Honey Country Band
Deja U Too
James Resnick Band
The Show will also have over 60 educational sessions on various topics such as:
RV Buying Seminar
Trailer Driving and Towing
Traveling with Pets
Right now tickets are $15 for age 18 and older. Yes, that means all kids 17 and under are FREE alongside active duty or retired military families, and pets. You can buy your tickets @ www.thebestrvshow.com
Oh yeah, did we mention the California RV Show is 11 days? So if you’re an RV fanatic and attending multiple days, we’d just thought we’d mention some places to visit while in Pomona…
1. If you need to satisfy your sports fix—visit the Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum to check out interactive displays, sit in a funny car, and roam through a lot of car racing history. Or, if you prefer to see some live action, check out the Auto Club Raceway at Pomona where you will see cars go from 0-300 right in front of your eyes.
2. Want to get inspiration for a ceramic-themed RV? Visit the uniquely curated ceramic galleries at the American Museum or Ceramic Art and dare to make your own creation at the ceramic workshop.
3. Lastly, if you’re not a southern CA local, you might want to expand your breadth of exploration by booking the Los Angeles Hollywood Tours. Enjoy the good life when you visit movie star homes in Beverly Hills bellowing to Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley.
Well, that’s it for now, wishing everyone a good time.
Also, look for the RVPAD golf cart at the RV Show!
